At Diagnostic Connections we pride ourselves on being able to deliver great support to all of our customers. We support our customers both via email and telephone. Here's what to do if you need our help.

Our working hours are from 9am till 4pm Monday to Friday. No scripts just real specialists. We try to fix any issues you may be having with operating the tool over the phone. If there is an issue with the tool itself we do most repairs in house. If this is required you will be advised how is best to return your equipment. 

2. Teamviewer Remote Support

Please click the Teamviewer Quick Support link below and email or call us with your Remote I.D. number/password and have the equipment connected to a vehicle ready to test.

 

3. Email us at info@diagnosticconnections.co.uk and one of our technical team will respond as soon as possible
